A booking, start to finish
- Quotation. Customer, event, venue, dates and items. Nothing is held yet.
- Book it. The goods are held for those dates. Short of anything, and it says so before you promise.
- Advance. Taken and noted on the booking.
- Send out. All at once or in trips; the delivery challan prints.
- Take back. Count what came back, what is damaged, what is missing.
- Bill. Rent for the days, services, damage and missing charges, less the advance.
- Return the deposit. All of it, or what is left after charges. The booking closes.

Will it stop me giving the same outfit to two customers?
Yes. A booking for more than is free on its dates is stopped, and an outfit late coming back stays held until it returns.
Can I take a deposit and charge for damage?
Yes. The deposit is held on the customer's khata; damage and missing are charged on the bill, and the deposit is returned in full or after charges.
How much does it cost?

Yes, billing needs an internet connection. It works on any phone or computer in the browser and can be installed like an app.
